I've used MacSOS for years and never been disappointed. Whether onsite or virtual, Steve works very fast to resolve every issue that's holding you hostage. The setup I have is complicated and physically impossible for me to take to any Genius Bar, so Steve is a godsend – and a cheerful and patient one at that! His recommendations on equipment are excellent; he shows me what will solve my problems and why each purchase is best for me. And 99+% of what he says is NOT tech talk – he translates even that fraction to help me be more fluent. Steve is a person I can always trust with my most personal information, whether he's working with it or protecting it. That trust obviously travels throughout his work and is critical to me. I'm amazed at what he can do remotely too! He always keeps me up to date on his schedule, usually arriving right on the dot and he does his very best to handle urgent remote issues. Whether it's for my studio Mac, my laptop, my iPhone or my auxiliary things like printers, drives, mice or keyboards, he sees the whole picture and double checks his work. His receipts are really helpful in identifying all he's completed each time because he works so quickly, solving issue after issue, that it's hard to realize just how much he's actually done until you see that careful and very accurate list on his invoice and notice how smoothly your system is working. It's true. I can get my technical eggs scrambled pretty easily, so I'm no piece of cake for problems, but Steve is so good at sussing out what is really going on and translating and tackling my issues. Throughout the years he has proven his expertise over and over and over and over again. I would not be without him! He is indeed a "Life Safer!" (If you've got a few more stars handy in your back pocket you can add several more here!!)
